We are licensed to provide both non-medical and skilled nursing services by the State of Georgia's Department of Community Health as a Private Home Care Provider Agency.

We provide hourly, part-time, and 24 hour care.  We are one of the few companies that offer a flexible visit schedule.  

Our staff is trained to assist clients in these types of facilities.  We also offer hospital and rehab care to patients recently discharged from such facilities.  We work closely with family members to ensure a smooth transition.

We visit the client's home for a thorough "In-Home Assessment" of their needs and the living situation.  Our Director of Nursing Services then completes a "Plan of Care" that is helpful to our staff and the client's family.

Angel Heart Home Care Services is a locally owned non-franchised agency operated by a nurse with over 35 years experience in the industry.  Our RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and PCAs are hand chosen by the owner and offer many years of nursing and caregiving experience.  Our nursing staff are all certified in home care and infusion therapy.

We thoroughly screen each prospective employee.  Work history and personal references are checked.  National background checks and fingerprinting are conducted for criminal, DMV, and social security records.  We also review and verify all professional credentials.  They are covered by professional liability insurance, workman's compensation, and are bonded through the agency.

Generally insurance companies will cover the costs associated with skilled nursing services.  Some health insurance companies provide a limited amount of coverage for these types of non-medical services.  Most Long Term Care insurance and Workers Compensation policies cover our non-medical services.  We work very closely with all parties involved to provide information as well as complete the necessary paperwork for reimbursement.  For information regarding Long Term Care insurance, please contact our office and speak to our staff for more details.
